We're Ben & Becca, founders of Morwood Properties, a Yorkshire based property investment company.

We both have backgrounds in hospitality management, Ben also as a tradesman. We created Morwood in 2017 driven by an interest in property, a desire to start our own business and to build security for our families future.

We have since grown a portfolio of various property types, and have developed other property related businesses as a consequence.

What We Do
We purchase residential and commercial property, add value through conversion or refurbishment, then either refinance and keep in our portfolio, or sell.

We have used our own funds, institutional and private lending to grow our business.
​
We do not have a ‘rinse and repeat’ model, we review opportunities on a case-by-case basis and have invested in various property types, from terraced houses through to care home conversions.

We work with a trusted team of professionals to create high quality dwellings every time.
